What We Provide
We provide the following for their trip;
🐾 Blankets and beds.
🐾 Treats "With your approval".
🐾 Sanitized food and water bowls.
🐾 Rest stops every 3 to 4 hours to stretch their legs and to take care of nature.
🐾 24/7 live tracking via Life360
We do this in order to give them as much of a stress free journey as possible. In a loving environment. We also guarantee a reliable, fast and hassle free delivery. We have non-stop delivery upon request.
***We follow a strict puppy protocol of "no paws on the ground" policy, for puppies under 16 weeks of age or those who have not yet received all of their vaccinations. This ensures the health and safety of our youngest travelers by protecting them from potential hazards during the journey.
Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds
24 to 48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations within this timeframe will not receive their deposit back.
Rescheduling Policy:
We allow one reschedule at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original transport date.
Exceptions:
In the case of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Fees and Deposit
You've been booked but now what?
Yay! You're one step closer to getting your furry friend to their destination but now what? Now that you have booked we do require a 25% nonrefundable deposit with the rest due upon drop-off. After the deposit is paid we will then get some more information about your pet to help guarantee a smooth and stress-free trip. A confirmation text or email will then be sent out 24 hours prior to pick-up.
